Discover the wild side of the Lussier Family Heritage Center through a variety of public and private educational programs.  Our mission is to provide environmental education and interpretive opportunities for youth and adult learning, volunteerism, and outdoor recreation.  Many of our programs are conducted in collaboration with Dane County Parks & The Friends of Capital Springs Recreation Area.

Volunteer Opportunities

The Lussier Family Heritage Center works closely with The Parks Volunteer Program and The Friends of Capital Springs Recreation Area to give back to Capital Springs Recreation Area.  Not only do we host private volunteer days for schools, scouts, and community organizations, we have a variety of public volunteer opportunities as well.
