You will have a dedicated Event Coordinator ready to help plan every detail of your event with enthusiastic attention to detail and unparalleled customer service. We are happy to work with your caterer and other vendors to insure all of your plans fall into place for events ranging from small corporate functions to large weddings and receptions.
After your contract has been finalized, our Event Coordinator will contact you about two to three months prior to your event to schedule a face-to-face meeting to gather all the event details, answer any questions you have and discuss helpful suggestions. As your event draws closer, your event coordinator will continue to work very closely with you by telephone, e-mail or fax to ensure you have a wonderful and enjoyable event!
