Event Description
Libby has been working this year to earn her Girl Scout Gold Award with Dane County Parks! Libby is a senior at West High School and has been a Girl Scout since first grade. She enjoys spending time outside and is especially happy paddling in a kayak. Libby is excited to share her project with everyone so that everyone can benefit from experiencing nature. Through her project, Libby has been researching the benefits of nature-based play and built new features that are being installed in our Nature Playground at Lussier Family Heritage Center. Come learn more about the benefits of nature-based play and celebrating Libby's additions to the playground!
